Arden looses her first tooth!
Gardening April 19
Our lettuce is looking good, the rabbit thinks it
just the right size for her!
These are our peas they are thriving!
We aren't sure what this is, we think it might be spicach. Some seeds got mixed up when we were
planting!
I can't believe this one, we are actually growing
brocolli. We have never done that!
We also have carrots coming in. Our beans look
like they got too cold one night and are wilty.
We might pull them and start over, this year is
all experiment with our green house and our crazy high altitude climate! We did plant really
early hoping the green house would protect our
crops! We'll see, the frost aren't even close to
being over with!

Gardening
Dave and I have been working really hard this Spring with our new garden. This year we decided to try gardening by the square foot with a green house on over. First we leveled ground, then we built wood frames, then we put down landscaping fabric, then we filled the frames with a special mix (no dirt). We planted, then covered the wood box frames with wire mesh and put a plastic on top for the green house effect! And wa-la, we already have plants gowing two week later. We have one bean sprout as of April 14th with lettuce and carrots coming up also!
