It's about time!

I've been hoping for one of these for seven years! I saw this when I went to Best Buy and just about peed my 9 months pregnant pants! I have never seen one of these before, have you?

Promised Post

I have been promising a few people I would post my pillows, here they are! I love them, it's fun having some bright new fabric in the front room.

Alexis the Artist

This drawing is by Alexis, it is a drawing of Dad sleeping and mom giving birth! I am the womanish man thing standing with a beard and the circle on my croch is the baby's head coming out, and then there is the baby sleeping in the crib after the birth! Birds are flying and singing. I love it! Art thearapy is real!

Bag lady design by the same Alexis, she wore this for most of the morning, singing and dancing all the way!

Alexis wore these glasses for hours, Arden actually made them for her, they did art project after art project at the kitchen counter with paper, sissors, tape and the stapler. I call all my kis "goof-balls" eveyday and they certainly live up to it. I don't care how crazy they are I still love them!

May 23 Snowy Day!

Waking up to snow once again in May. Alexis spent most of the morning working on a snowman. When she came inside she said, "Mom, look at my perfect snowman, it's just perfect isn't it." She wouldn't let me take a photo until it was announced complete! Happy snow day to all.

Thanks for Mother's Day

My family spoiled me so much on Mother's Day. Alexis woke me up at 5:45 am (thats not the spoiling part) and had a gift and a card for me that she had made in preschool. She gave me a bouque made out of pretty buttons.

Dave had all the kids paint handprints on a card and wrote special things about me, that was really cool. And I got smiley face pancakes!

Arden made a bouque for Dad instead of me at school, I was kinda sad at first and then I was just happy for Dave. Arden can't wait for Father's Day now. She said she already got me lots of stuff, and then she wrapped me up some fingernail polish that he got in a gift bag at a birthday party and gave it to me. It was really sweet of her, we both painted our fingernails purple, except I only painted my left hand because I was so lazy and then sidetracked!

I love my family so much, I have good kids and I know they love me.

Arden gets ready for Ballet Performance

At dress rehersal Arden poses for me to show off her ballet costume. She is performing in the ballet Cocapelli on Saturday Night at NAU. She is really excited, this will be her first ballet performance.

Snow in May

So look what Alexis woke up to one morning! The kids had a 2 hour delay for school that morning! They just played and played all morning. I even got down the snow clothes from the attic, that was a really big deal for me, but the kids were determined!

Pregnancy Photos

So I finally did these, it was a chaotic morning to get these photos taken, Alexis and Spencer thought the backdrop was a carnival fishing game. And they all wanted to take photos with the camera. I really wanted some better light but it just didn't happen this morning. So here we have it documented, the pregnancy of baby number four and boy two! Due June 7 2008, we are hoping for a week early!

Homemade Ice Cream

We made homemade ice cream last sunday, and we are making it again tomorrow. I think it is the best ice cream they have ever had!

Girls racing at the NAU track

So Arden and Alexis ran a race at the NAU track for a fundraiser for Big Brother, Big Sisters. They were really great racers!

Kids eating fish

Dave took Alexis and Spencer fishing a few Saturdays ago. They caught 11 fish. My kids love to eat fish, the eat at least two a piece. I just think it is so funny how they love it so much. They are going to make the best backpackers ever!
