Last night at dinner we dished out beautiful plates of cut up roast, potatoes and green beans from out garden. After the prayer, before Arden even took a bite of her food, she looked at what was left of the deboned roast sitting in the middle of the dinner table and said, "Dad, can I chew on that bone?"
I thought I was raising children not wild animals. Guess I was wrong. I wasn't surprised too much by Arden's question since she is also my child who proudly ate crispy fish heads. The boys are going to love her, she is half wild by nature!

there is nothing i love more than clean kids
happy birthday dave
dave didn't evev try to blow out the candles, he just let alexis do it for him as if her birthday six days before wasn't enough. do you see how he is just staring at that 36? i wonder what he is thinking, if only i could read his mind.
i'm not even sure this was dave's birthday, i think the kids were much more excited about the whole event.

Gavin crawls
hb alexis
Alexis turned six. I can't believe all those candles. She had a wonderful Birthday. She unwrapped a present every two to three hours, went to Peter Piper Pizza, decorated her own cake (it was an angel) and had a pinota! We didn't do parties with friends this year, it was our first year ever not to. I was really nice to just be us and in love and do our own thing.
Alexis is divine! She just loves Heaven and Angels. She talks about them all the time and how she wants to have wings just like the angels do. Alexis loves anthing soft, pretty, pink, snuggly, cute, or BLING! She is my little princess with an opinion. We just love her and are so glad we get her forever.
